Last year 2007 Mr. Warren Buffett CNBC' Buffett Watch had report that Mr. Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway had reveals it position in Burlington Northern Santa Fe. Berkshire Hathaway who own 5% in Burlington Northern Santa Fe from 2007, has increase to 17.6% of holding in common share in year2008. Berkshire Hathaway total stake of 61,580,218 shares now.

Berkshire Hathaway had filed a SEC report reveals purchases of Burlington Northern Santa Fe from Monday 7 Jan 2008. Mr. Buffett had bought 750,000 shares of Burlington Northern Santa Fe over the past four days.
