Mr. Buffett has said his wealth would go to philanthropy at his death. Mr. Buffett has pledged to gradually give 85% of his Berkshire stock to five foundations.
A report Living donors top US charity list had show that US philanthropists are increasingly giving during their lifetimes rather than after their deaths. 50 most generous Americans committing $7.3billion to charity in 2007, that figure is up from 2006, which was $6.6billion.
