Warren Buffett :"No spilt For Berkshire Hathaway Stocks" Update

Hi,

My pervious posted Warren Buffett :"No spilt For Berkshire Hathaway Stocks" indicate that Mr. Buffett has won support from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to prevent a stock-spilt for Berkshire Hathaway.

CNN Money Reported that Berkshire to omit stock split proposal Berkshire Hathaway shareholders likely won't get to vote whether to split the company's Class A stock, at this year's annual meeting in May.

Mr. Buffett had stated in his annual reported that he hope that the shareholders would feel like owners of Berkshire Hathaway. He indicates that splitting the stocks would not benefits any Shareholders. Mr. Buffett had even given a chance for Small investor to invest with Berkshire Hathaway by issuing Class B shares in 1996. He had also establish a procedure allowing owners of a Class A share to convert one Class A share to 30 Class B shares. Warren Buffett told his shareholders: 'Those of you who have hoped for a split have gained a do-it-yourself method of bringing one about.'

Warren Buffett is still the CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, He had been CEO for Berkshire Hathaway for 40 year. 40 year of hard work Now Berkshire Hathaway is One of the best company to invest even with high share price.

My pervious posted Berkshire Hathaway Ends Year With Biggest Gain Since 1998, stated that Berkshire Hathaway Share prices end 2007 with gain of 28.7%. With high share price but still getting a annual gain of 28.7% why is the Share holder of Berkshire Hathaway still worry about Berkshire Hathaway growth.

Is Stock Spilt Really a benefit to Shareholders? How will stock Spilt benefits to Shareholders? Are you a Berkshire Hathaway Shareholder? Do you wish for Berkshire Hathaway to spilt It Stocks?
