Buffett Testify In Fraud Trial Update

Hi,
The Fraud trial will begin Monday January 7, 2008. With more information reported by Reuters, Warren Buffett and Greenberg won't have to be turned over to the former head of a Berkshire unit.

The Fraud Trail includes five executives, four from General Re Corporation, and one from A.I.G. The five executives had done a deal that illegally pumped up American International Group's reserves.
