Buffett Testify In Fraud Trial

Hi,
Five executives, four from General Re Corporation, and one from A.I.G. were indicted in 2006 on charges in fraud case. The five executives had done a deal that illegally pumped up American International Group's reserves.

Back in 6 Dec 2007 CNBC Buffett watch reported Warren Buffett May Be Called to Testify by Both Sides in AIG Case. On 1 Jan 2008 Reuters reported Prosecutors may not call Warren Buffett as a witness in the fraud trial according to a court filing. On 3 Jan 2008 Reuters reported A federal judge overseeing the fraud trial said the reinsurer need not turn over some documents involving Warren Buffett On 4 Jan 2008 The New York Times also Reported Mr. Warren Buffett Is One Of The Witness in the Fraud Trial.
